We started looking for a house at the start of the pandemic. It was tough to be remain patient but still keep our eyes on the market and see what was available. Trying to compete in a market with limited availability and buyers with more cash in hand than us left us, at times, feel helpless. When you have to sell or buy a home, the Krastel Home Team is who you want on your side of the negotiating table.  They are dedicated to the fact that the client comes first, and they provide the utmost in customer service from beginning to end.  I recently was in the market for selling a house…easy? Not really. This was a house that was connected to a Trust, which added a little more complexity to the process then your usual ordinary sale. The Krastel Home Team was right on top of the challenge, and they knew how to approach all of the legal hurdles without any issues.  Once the legalities were out of the way, the house was made ready for sale, put on the market and was sold within a few weeks. The Krastel Home Team knew exactly what was ahead of them, with this sale, and had no problems meeting the challenges head on. What a great 1st time home-buying experience!

Alisia and Mark were there for my family and I with every step of the process. With being a military family and not knowing the MD area, they made us feel like we were number 1 priority at all times.
